Sep 2011 - DMP Electronics Inc., launched the new EBOX Series:
The EBOX-3310MX-S4C Series use Vortex86MX+ (933MHz) 1GB DDR2 All-in-One module, fully compatible with Microsoft® Windows desktop series and Linux O/S; also supported embedded operating systems Windows Embedded Standard and Windows Embedded CE can be used for Home Automation, POS, KIOSK devices and industrial applications.
The design is based on customers' feedback, and market survey. Survey measurements indicated the additional needs of multiple functions such as TV-In, VGA, USB, RS-232 ports x 4, USB 2.0 x 6 etc. Chassis design with VESA standard that can fix to the rear of VESA LCD monitor, small dimension 115x115mm form factor. The unit is designed with ultra low power consumption. And Fan less design to avoid the noise and dust to extend the life cycle of the computer.
